AES will be using the ICU message system

to notify parents when a student has a missing assignment.

If your child has a missing assignment, you will receive a text message or email  from ICU.

ICU is an opportunity for students to complete, or redo an assignment.

When the assignment is completed, an email will be sent to Parents.

We welcome you to get involved in Alpine Elementary School

by becoming Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS)

Have you joined VIPS?  The Parent/Teacher Organization has lots of ideas for involvement. There are many more ways to help in addition to volunterering in classrooms or participating in PTO projects.

Parent and community members must have an approved VIPS application on file in the office as well as prior approval from the teacher and principal in order to volunteer in a classroom or elsewhere on campus; or to chaperone on field trips.  No VIPS form is necessary in order to check in for lunch, or for an appointment to meet with your child's teacher.

1) Stop by the office today to get your VIPS Program Application

or  print Page 1   Page 2

2) Turn in your form to the Campus Secretary or Campus Principal.

3)  The Campus Secretary will contact you upon approval.

We look forward to partnering with you.
