Our TAH² program is designed to enrich American history instruction in our geographically isolated schools and to improve achievement in the students located throughout this extended region.

Over a three year period, individuals will have the opportunity to participate in many seminars and instructional workshops with a focus on historical content.  During the fall and spring, seminars and workshops will be held.  In June, summer immersion institutes are offered followed by field study excursions. Each participant will produce a standards-based instructional unit over the year’s topic.  Follow-up sessions will be a critical component of the professional development program.
